Are there age restrictions for this festival?

No. The Tucson Jazz Festival is open to all ages. However, an adult chaperone must accompany any underage participants to the Century Room activities.

To be considered as an artist for an upcoming Tucson Jazz Festival, please submit an Electronic Press Kit through our “contact” page.

Is there a VIP membership?

Yes! We offer special VIP weekend packages for the Tucson Jazz Festival. These VIP packages are available every year starting in August via our website.

How can we make suggestions for future festivals?

What are the dates for the 2025 festival?

The 2025 Tucson Jazz Festival will be held January 17th-25th, 2025.

What are the dates for the 2026 festival?

The 2026 Tucson Jazz Festival will be held January 16th-24th, 2026.

Is seating reserved or first come, first served, or standing?

The Tucson Jazz Festival has many different venues, each offering a different seating arrangement.  Most ticketed events have reserved seating. Preferential seating is always available for general admission shows through our VIP membership program or for a select price.

Do we need to bring chairs to any of the events?

No, seating is provided at the Tucson Jazz Festival events. You may bring chairs to our annual Downtown Jazz Fiesta if you prefer your own.

Is there any place to purchase a TJF t-shirt before the festival starts?

Tucson Jazz Festival merchandise is available to the public on the festival’s first day. The best place to purchase festival merchandise is at the Downtown Jazz Fiesta on MLK Day.

Is there dancing?

Absolutely! At the Tucson Jazz Festival, we believe when one feels the urge to dance, one should dance.

Is the festival pet-friendly?

Much of the Downtown Jazz Fiesta event is located in a public space, and leashed pets are welcome to join the festivities.

Can we resell our tickets if we are unable to attend and how?

After you purchase Tucson Jazz Festival tickets, they are yours to give or sell as you wish. There are no refunds on tickets.

We are having trouble buying tickets for the show that we want. How can we get help?

Are there any matinee concerts?

Yes, matinee shows are offered on the weekends at the Tucson Jazz Festival.

Is there another way to purchase tickets than being directed to Ticketmaster?

Some of our partner venues have contracts with Ticketmaster that require you to purchase through their platform. This requirement is outside of our control. However, if you buy a VIP ticket, we will act as a concierge service for you, and you can avoid the Ticketmaster charges.

How will I receive the tickets I bought?

You’ll receive your Tucson Jazz Festival tickets through the delivery method of each individual venue.

Do you offer media passes?

Yes! We offer media passes for the Tucson Jazz Festival on a limited basis. Please submit your request using our contact page.

Where can I find the seating map for each concert?

You can find seating maps for the Tucson Jazz Festival through each venue’s ticketing website for any given concert.

Is there a number I can call to purchase tickets?

Will there be any outdoor concerts that will be free to the public at the Tucson Jazz Festival?

Yes! Our Annual Downtown Jazz Fiesta held annually on MLK Day is free and open to the public outdoors.

Can I pay a one time fee for the entire festival or do I have to buy tickets separately for each event?

Yes. However, the VIP Program is the only way to pay one fee for the festival, and those packages are limited.

Is there any Tucson Jazz Festival branded merchandise i.e. t-shirts?
