Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets & Passes

How do I buy tickets for the Tucson Jazz Festival?

Tickets for individual festival performances are sold directly through the specific venue box office or ticketing partner hosting that artist (such as Fox Tucson Theatre, Rialto Theatre, or Centennial Hall). To buy tickets, browse our Lineup page, select your performance, and click the direct link to purchase through the official hosting venue.

Can I buy a festival pass for all events or pay a one-time fee?

The Tucson Jazz Festival does not sell a standard general admission all-access pass; individual tickets must be purchased per show across downtown venues. However, our VIP Packages allow you to pay a single fee for multiple events with concierge benefits.

What are the benefits of a Tucson Jazz Festival Membership and how do I join?

TJF Memberships, at all different levels, include a long list of member benefits.  One of the premiere benefits is advanced pre-sale access before tickets open to the general public.  Memberships also include discounts on TJF merchandise, and other ticketed events in and out of the festival.  You can join directly via our website’s Membership page.

Is there a VIP membership or package?

Yes! We offer several special VIP packages available annually via our website.

Is there another way to purchase tickets without using Ticketmaster?

Some partner venues have contracts requiring Ticketmaster, which is outside our control. However, purchasing a VIP package provides concierge service and avoids standard Ticketmaster ticketing fees.

Is there a phone number to call to purchase tickets?

We recommend contacting the specific box office hosting the show. For additional questions or assistance, contact TJF directly at info@tucsonjazzfestival.org or call 520-762-6260.

Are student discounts available?

Yes, most Tucson Jazz Festival shows offer student discounts when applicable during ticket selection.

Can I resell or refund my tickets if I cannot attend?

There are no refunds on tickets. However, once purchased, tickets are yours to transfer, give away, or resell as you wish.

Do you sell gift cards or certificates?

No, at this time we do not offer gift cards or certificates.
